Deposit Issues
You may face these issues when depositing in Bangladesh. Here is how you can solve them.
- Payment not credited yet: Allow up to 10 minutes and refresh the balance. If still pending, confirm the reference or transaction ID in your wallet and contact support.
- Exceeded limits: The allowed deposit range is 200–100,000 BDT per transaction. Adjust the amount and try again.
- Wrong reference or account number: Recheck the number shown in the Cashier and resend the payment using the correct details.
- KYC or verification pending: Finish the verification process in Profile > Verification. Deposits may be held until checks are complete.
- Bank or wallet maintenance: If the provider is under maintenance, wait a few minutes or choose another payment method.
